DELIVERY TERMS & CHARGES
Standard Delivery time is approximately 5-12 working days, unless stated.
Our own couriers will require assistance for unloading upon delivery.
Deliveries inside the London congestion area will be subject to the appropriate charge.
Delivery times quoted are given as an estimate and we assume no liability for delays.
We will only be held liable for damaged goods when signed for “received damaged” and we are notified immediately. We must be notified within two days of delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As our products are individually made to measure / made to order they cannot be returned or refunded. We provide drawing(s) for all orders ahead of production. This allows the customer to make any small changes to the order and ensures we get things exactly as required. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these. Once the drawings have been approved, the product is sent to production and therefore no further changes can be made.
All products received damaged must be communicated to us by email within 12 hours of delivery and signed for as damaged.
Please note that failure to follow this procedure when receiving goods that have been damaged means that liability has transferred to you and we are unable to claim against the courier for damages and refund will not be made. However products sent via us are delivered using our trusted couriers who we can ensure will deliver to you on time and in great condition.
If you use your own courier as a transport method then you will be responsible should they damage our items. All products will be photographed before leaving us to ensure they are sent in perfect order.
